The social media handle manager is responsible for all processes and deliverables necessary to build Redis' social media brand and audience, including content creation and strategy, reporting and analytics, stakeholder management, crisis communications and social listening, and employee advocacy. During my time at Redis, I launched 3 new social programs (social listening, employee advocacy, advanced reporting and analytics) and provided social support for a company-wide rebrand and 3 high-intensity community events.
